Major Responsibilities:
•Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, MKT and Content Operations to define problems and goals, guest journey map, interaction and visual solutions with holistic perspectives, and launch new products and services.
•Collaborate with key Global and Local stakeholders to solicit and give feedback for upholding the values, brand ethos and strategies of Universal Beijing Resort.
•Work closely with research and analytics partners to better understand customers and market, and track day to day performance of user engagement and conversion in the local market.
•Deliver elegant flows, interactions, vision expression and 3D animation design for various user segments across platforms and channels.
•Drive improvement of collaboration efforts and evolve team’s resources, such as documenting design guideline and patterns, research assets, and toolkits/workflows.
•Show leadership in facilitating building experience concept and exemplify how to apply UI/UX Design Principles, heuristics and perspectives to grow and activate users and business in the work.
•Executive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and applies expertise in multiple business areas to demonstrate agility and learn new areas of the business.
•Coach and mentor designers when necessary.
Qualifications:
•5 years of work experience in UI/UX design.
•Have experience in the full product development cycle, from idea generation to launch and learn for a released product.
•Have UI/UX product design experience via multiple platforms and contexts such as iOS, Android, web, software, guest and management systems or other media.
•Have work experience in Internet or Industrial Internet and have knowledge of web and mobile technology, digital market operations and growth.
•Strong communication skills and proven ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams and partners, and be able to effectively communicate your design to global and local stakeholders.
•Understand data, user and marketing research, and know how to use them to support your design.
•Outstanding listener and have initiatives to help the team to build on strengths, prioritize and navigate challenges. Think clearly, pay attention to details, learn fast and have a growth mindset.
•Fluency in Mandarin and English.
•Must present a portfolio of work that illustrates strong product and design thinking, visual design and interaction design excellence, brand creation, 3D animation or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in design-related field (human-computer interaction, digital media, or graphic design).
